Well considering the game is not officially released then why should your account be marked for lifetime? Why don't you enter your game code and see what happens? Oh yeah that's right, the game isn't released fully yet!
Go back to the main STO page, click on "My Account." If you see "Star Trek Online Lifetime Subscription" under "Activated Features" then you're good to go. Otherwise, submit a ticket to Cryptic Support.
They'll get to you as soon as they're done swimming across the room full of money to your ticket.
