Any ideas on what time Atari will email out the retail keys?

I assume 12:01am est Feb 2nd.

Atari notified me last friday my box CE had shipped, due to arrive on feb 2nd, and tracking confirms it. I imagine they will be doing it all on the 2nd time of day no clue however.
