I'm confused as to what the difference is between Tier 2 and 3 Tribbles, and Tier 5 and 6 Tribbles. Ifniluck's chart shows the lower one as having one less pip, and the higher one as having the extra pip, but not filled in. Does this make any difference gameplay wise?

It shows the strength of the buff. The Rivera for example is the best tribble out there as not only does it have 3 buffs to offer but they are 3x the power. Whereas the Tuffli is a 1x heal power.

So, basically if you want the highest damage tribble either get the Rivera or the Nielson. The highest regen ? Then the Rivera or Yu.

Hopefully that helps you understand it somewhat easier. I'm sure the others could explain it better than me though.

So what you're saying is something like:

Henry = 1x strength Regen
Deangleo = 1.5x strength Regen
Highison = 2x strength Regen
Yu = 2.5x strength Regen

Correct?

Correct

We've never actually tested on DOT/SPA/STL, SUS/THO/VIT, or TUF to see if they are different or not, (not even sure if it's testable) But as far as the others, they've all been tested using the NIX > STC > RIC > GRI > ZIN resist line (because they are the easiest to get exact values from) and basically they go like this;

NIX = 1% resist all, STC = 1.5% resist, RIC = 1% resist +1 dmg value, GRI = 2% resist, ZIN = 2.5% resist. So from there we deduced the value of the others as being 1,1.5, and so forth base buff value. Where MAT/RIC give 2 buffs each at 1.0 value, and RIV gives 3 buffs all at 1.0 value.

So basically they go;

T1 = Heal
T2 = Heal
T3 = Heal
T4 = 1x 1.0 Value Buff
T5 = 1x 1.5 Value Buff
T6 = 2x 1.0 Value Buffs
T7 = 1x 2.0 Value Buff
T8 = 1x 2.5 Value Buff
RIV = 3x 1.0 Value Buffs

Hope that clears it up.
