Hmm, they didn't mention anything in the Patch notes regarding the Tribbles, do you think they could add the missing tribble formula, without mentioning it in the patch notes?

It's possible. While everybody always wants Cryptic to report every, single, tiny change in their patch notes they have a history of not bothering to do that. To be fair if they ever actually did that their patch notes could easily become as long as a phone book listing.

I figure it's probably a reasonable idea to retest the most likely bugged combos after every patch, especially if there's nothing detailed about it in patch notes. To be honest the whole bugged Tribble thing probably only concerns the subset of people who follow this thread and It's probably safe to say that's not an overly huge portion of the playerbase.
