Are the harrington and the nielson he same the both very rare damage tribble buffs right?

Harrington should be on par with Zinc, Yu and Nielson. With only 3 buffs available I won't be surprised to see at least 1 of them duplicating.

Why bother have four then if one is identical im happy to get a new rare but i was hoping for something other then a repeat.

If you look at IfniLuck's flowchart you can see the dmg theme up the middle section was always two fold i.e. one column on each of the other two buff types sides, it was predictable, expected and verified for 2 identical buff top tier tribbles.

The final document is shaping up nicely. It includes a page of credits and references, which still has a bit of room left over, so I thought I'd fill in the gap with some trivia. We know that all the tribbles were named after cryptic developers. Most were easy to identify, but there's still some who apparently never gave or were mentioned in an interview, and I can't find an official list of credits anywhere. Can anyone help me fill in the gaps?
