I have absolutely NO problem with you doing any updates, maintenance, restarts, etc....

But, for the love of Pete! SAVE OUR PROGRESS IN MISSIONS AS WE COMPLETE PARTS OF THEM!

You know, 3/5 Romulan ships defeated or 2/6 artifacts scanned...

Once I log back on, not only do I have to RESTART the mission, but I am booted out of that star system...

And, a system message would have been nice as well...

Otherwise, great game.

:p

Great timing, and thanks for the ingame notification. How is 'brief maintenance' equating to 'no more than 2 hours'?

I knew I shouldn't have left for an hour. Come back and they are down. Oh well... growing pains I guess.

I'm guessing you don't read the forums much, for if you did you would have realised that the game goes down during North American prime hours as well.
No matter when they take the servers down, it will affect someone, somewhere.

If you notice the paterns, the servers tend to go down the most during EU and NA "prime time" hours.

grr!

No offense but this hasn't been much of a head start. I thought head start was production. not bed. You guys are just taking things down at will aren't you. it's getting old.

Why would there be a notice? "Emergency downtime = crap guys the server crashed sorry we'll fix it and start praying again".

Cryptic, you know if you're having trouble with the server already, then tomorrow and the next week are going to be disastrous - right?

Star Trek Offline. Boldly going where every MMO has gone before. Boy, that headstart thing is working out great for those of us who worked a regular schedule over the weekend. The server crashes whenever we get home - for two hours.
