So after this goes live tomorrow, how many emergency downtimes a day will it take before you start paying out reimbursements.

FYI game devs / GMs, we're not in beta any more. You are Live, headstart or not. Time to treat us like customers and at least give us a heads up prior to the downtimes you know about.

And yet another evening when I can't play, do you guys want to keep people playing in Europe or are you the typical American MMO that doesn't consider that for many this is peak playing time?

You do realize that its Prime Time somewhere all the time right? So ANY downtime is during Prime time for someone.
