ok now both my chars are stuck on the sol loading screen one has been for days now and my borg one for over 1hr 30mins now and ob i cant submit a ticket can some one from cryptic please help

Yeah, the load times are usually server/network related. It will hopefully get better once they have all their servers up and running fully and as they continue optimizing their netcode.

bumb to get some answers! I have been stuck in Sol System all day!

Also stuck for two hours now. GET ME OUT OF HERE.

I have contacted all the team on twitter....I have email custmor service, and support and still NOTHING no response...expect for one guy saying it is not his department....this is getting ridiculous....I have been able to play the game over the past couple of days...now I am going back to that first starbase...to restock and such...and now I AM STUCK on that dang loading screen have been over two days NOW....I have restarted and everything but to no avail.... THIS IS A SHOWSTOPPER game break issue and would like some sort of a response!!!!!!!!!!

Same thing here. Was able to do headstart stuff Sat nite but i'm now on day 2 of trying to get Sol loaded. No luck just stuck. This sucks and is a huge waste of precious time. BAH !! At least post that you are aware of the situation Cryptic.

Been having the same problem. I think it may be server population related, would make sense. I have tryed to load into Sol from the tutorial twice on two different characters and waited in for 30 mins each. Nothing. Need to fix this **** asap, can't experience the game, if I can't get out of the tutorial.

I know there are server issues, and slow load times...but I can't even get the Alpha Centauri sector (where my toon warped to yesterday) to load. It looks like it gets about 80% loaded, then stops. I've logged off and on, trying to connect to my character...waiting up to 30 minutes for the page to load, etc. and nothing.

I know others are "lost in space" right now too...but it's frustrating to not be able to play.
