***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
  • Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message

I have dial-speeds and can't play (way too choppy)

Customers in Arizona, Nevada and California are experiencing slow connections at this time.
Our technicians are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. Currently, there is no estimated time of repair. 2/1/2010 8:08:21 PM

Yeah, this is irritating as hell. Woulda had rear admiral before release >.< 38 atm. First steam has to redownload the entire game, now this..

I wondered why the game started acting crazy a while ago. Now I'm stuck in an encounter and the server won't let me out.
