Is anyone else noticing that with this latest round of "patching" there are some combat issues?

I am on the Kuvah Magh mission and I cleared round one of the Orions but now, every time I try to
engage them in battle, I am allowed to be nothing more than a target. I am unable to move or return fire.
Right to the moment I am destroyed. I respawn to the same point with the same affliction and the same
Orion shooting at me.

Well, it is doing this again with a twist, I can't file a bug report and when I respawn, it takes me back to the very begining.
Not the unlock point.
