***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

Hi guys,
Anyone know how long we can play on a beta/headstart key? as it looks like we wont get retail keys in the uk till friday!
We seem to still be running into the same old "software releases only on friday" problem from uk retailers. Game are showing 4 days to go on my preorder.

you are allowed until the 8th to input your retail key for UK orders.

i'm in u.k. & cancelled with amazon & went with direct2drive option cause of delays with getting a copy

Us Euro's get head start till the 8th, or so I'm told.

Makes no difference, when the American launch is tomorrow the server will go boom anyway.

i would have as well but virgin haven't cabled this road and BT cap me at very poor speed idd

Ive got my key mate, with DirectToDrive.

direct2drive uk ? ..you already have the retail key?

weird my account on direct to drive still wont allow the download button to prompt yet which is what gives the key


Release is 10am pst so thats 6pm gmt?

so we should get d2d keys at 6pm gmt (10am pst)

That's what I'm hoping too as i bought mine from direct2drive UK too, but yes it will be 6pm uk time :O) .

It depends which one you bought, I just looked on their website showing 12th feb 2010 for ST Online Stnd & 5th Feb 2010 for the Gold edition but no release date for the Delux digital download as they were set for today by pre order.
