Years is the multiple version. Year's would indicate single. They indicate multiple. The OP wrote it to indicate single.

it says

"Its time for you to begin your years-long mission"

ie. a mission that is going to be years in length. Not your "year-long mission" (in the singular).

No what i am saying is that two different dev team means different direction and different plans for STO. Now stop being so grumpy and negative all the time.

And who do you think assigned a separate dev team to STO? you guys seem so sure about Atari's plan for STO already when game is only 2 days old.
