What's this? I checked the C-Store in game, and on the Available tab were two Character races. Fed Ferengi and Fed Klingon.

It seems Klingons and Ferengi will only be available to play Fed-side via purchasing them from the C-store?

This is nothing yet. Just wait till they start adding the Respec to it.

And then soon after Paid content (wich is stuff that should have been added before launch).

What does this stuff stand for?

That has to be some type of mistake, Ferengi were already available in Closed Beta as a species choice. They wouldn't put something up there that was already designed back in November/December and act like they've been working on it post development. Plus they already said they wouldn't sell something you couldn't already obtain in game.
