A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
So I'm about to advance to Lt. Cmdr. But I have over 1000 SP in reserve. I'm not sure where to spend them.
I'll have a total of 13 more Lt. level skill allotments. I am a Tactical Officer planning to fly an Escort class ship, and all of my power layouts have Auxillary at 25%. I concentrate on the basics, not fancy skills.
I have maxed out every Lt. skill except 5. I have no points in any of the Team Leader skills, Starship Engineering, or Starship Operations.
I've noticed Attack Pattern Alpha is buffed by Tactical Team Leader. The methods I'm thinking of spending these in are:
5 points into Engineering and Operations a 1 point into each Team Leader
3 points into each Team Leader and 2 into Engineering and Operations
9 points into 1 skill (probably Tactical Team Leader) and 1 point into each of the other 4.
