Unfortunately, that site does not work if you purchased products from another company that uses Digital River for order processing and delivery. When I attempt to view orders using my email address + the last 5 digits of my credit card, it shows me a purchase I made back 2008. Nothing about my STO pre-order appears at all.

If I attempt to find my order by using Order Number (Listed as 'CRYPTIC########' in the email I received from Atari), it says the order number is invalid.

I found it buried in the Support Billing FAQ.
I got an error that the subscription service is down and to try later. It seemed to take my retail key & now I'm waiting for it to show up on My Account page.

I got the same issue.

Red bar across the top saying temp down.

I also think it took the key but not sure either.

Disheartening though. No joined trill yet.

It is 8:03 PM and I have received nothing from Digital River regarding my preorder of the Digital Deluxe edition. I preordered on 12/20. I received a reminder about the preorder charge on 1/4. I looked up my order and I have the download link but not my key.
