No price is fair. If you buy C-Store items you are paying twice. It takes max a few days to do some of the piddly C-Store stuff so by the time you buy it all the work thats ever needed to do it is done .. the only thing you are paying for is for the server system to automagically add it to your character. The maintenance of the server is paid for by your monthly sub ... soooo ... you figure it out.

I think what he measns is that you can't buy Cryptic Points in any amount less than 500.

Ya cause my point would be okay I guess it costs 6.25USD for 500CP here in the USA so I would say it should cost about 6.25 equivilant in EU than add VAT of course. As it stands now it seems they are deliberately charging more to EU players (bigger price because they choose too not because of VAT issues)

yea i agree, not just cryptic but ALL companys they want/make money anyway they can and this is another way.

tax/vat aside it still shouldnt be that high. even though i will be buying points at some point.

Okay well I just done talking with our German member and she has a correction. It costs her 5.44EU Without VAT. 5.44EU converts to 7.58USD so its not as bigg of a diff as a thought in that regard but I fail to see their logic :/

All MMOs to my Knowledge do this. WoW used to be $10 a month. In UK is was £9.99 and that was when the pound was equal to 2 us dollars. Go figure.

IMHO those rates look pretty reasonable to me. Oh and btw I am not no Fanboy.
