***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

I purchased the collectors edition and the digital download edition in order to get the benefits of both. I have the code for the digital download and activated it, but now there doesn't seem to be a way to activate the code for the collectors edition.

Any clue how you go about activating the second product?
