I pre ordered on the 21st from Atari did the digital online option, anyway I paid by CC and noticed I had 2 notices from my CC company via email that I had been charged twice. No biggie I figured it was a snafu in the system and it would sort itself out by release.
So today I get a email saying they (Atari / digital River) are unable to charge my CC, and after verifying that I am well below my CC limit I called Digital River.
Now I sat on the phone waiting for someone to pickup in customer service for 40 minutes (my phone times my calls). Now please note (and be warned if you need to call) these are not toll free and the automatic menus can just drop you if you don't hit the right button.
Anyway to make a long story short I need some customer service but have no idea where to turn?
