The lifetime subscription that is offered for 218 and a few cents, does it include VAT like the other prices?

That does seem to including VAT if it's the pre-order lifetime sub offer. (works out about 187-190GBP) If it's not the preorder offer for the lifetime sub then that price point would suggest that it does not include VAT.

Yea, it seems so, but before I order anything, I'd like to get a response from Cryptic. And for some strange reason I can't create a support ticket.

The support system is a bit tricky. Select the categories, click "search" and you get a small link saying "my problem is not listed, create a new ticket".

I dont know about lifetime sub but i took a 12 months sub and had to pay about 25% vat on top of that price.

If i dont recall wrong i read somewhere on the page where you sign up for your subscription, when you are about to pay for it, if vat is included or excluded.

When a company charges something to a private person then it ALWAYS has to include VAT.

When I bought the lifetime sub when it was 1st offered 239 dollars around 175 euro's it did NOT include VAT,it also said on the website that you still had to add VAT to the amount,I ended up paying 205 euro's.

They did not add the VAT as it is different in each country, plan to spend around 20% more than the price.

Star Trek has cost me a total of 280.36 Euros.
Thats the most I've ever paid for a computer game!!

I got charged 37.62 Euro for VAT I was absolutely disgusted.

I'm not sure what a Life time Sub is classified as with regards to taxing it.
Its not a physical product and its not software. Proabably a once off
service maybe?

I paid 10 UK pounds for the Pre-order
followed by 44.99 UKP at head start for the game,
Then 212.61 Euros for the life time account.
Total Price in Euro: 280.36

I wondered, because all other prices include VAT (according to teh subscription page), but it doesn't say anything about the lifetime sub.
