This is in reference to the quote below:

"The current proxy software tends to get overloaded fairly easily, we are in the process of deploying a new one for testing, but it will be a few more days until everything is setup."

I know you're busy getting people their pre-order goodies straightened away and all, but this is really a showstopper for a lot of your users, leaving the game unplayable for us. Please let us know if you have an update on this.

Kinda feels like Cryptic just landed on the carrier deck with the "Mission Accomplished" sign in the background then took a vacation, huh?

Hint: double posting does nothing but generate noise and annoy people trying to keep track of the forums.

Fair enough. But with the see of other posts regarding non-showstopper issues flooding the forums lately I wanted to make sure it was seen. I will keep any further discussion about this in the other thread you posted in. Thank you for taking the time to respond to us about this.

Coderanger: When will cryptic address the issue for those of us who've had the game for sometime and still can't even get past the character select screen?

Thread-jacking also annoys people trying to keep their heads in one piece, cut it out ;-)
