Hehe yeah, failed here too, but now the error message was something more understandable. Odd thing was, when I went to the store to buy the game, I did have in mind that problems might occure when I got home. So, I'll just take the time and wait and do something else and try later i guess
same problem here, altho, it seems to have stored my payment info, as its appearing under my account, but im still only showing as registered for the pre-order, this isnt doing wonders for my confidence in the system.....
Think Ill give it a while, and try again, gonna leave it alone and play mass effect 2 or something else because even if i log in using headstart , i'll still be wanting to pop back ever 2 seconds to try get my freebies lol
I can't tell if I am still waiting for a different key from X-fire, or if the one they already gave me when I pre-ordered is all I need and Star Trek just isn't updating my account to the digital deluxe. Either way, I don't have any of the items that the package I purchased was advertised to comes with, with the exception of the head start access which I seemed to get just fine. I have no idea if I need to bug x-fire for a different key, or if I need to bug star trek to fully activate the items that are supposed to come with my account using the key I have already been using. It's all just too confusing to me.
