Seems some of you are having more isses then me, I hope Cryptic read this and sort it out for you.

With steam if your looking for the Deluxe edition CD-Key,
Open up your games tab,
Right click star trek online,
Click view game CD key,
Should be there under Star Trek Online - Deluxe CD key.

Hope that is of help to someone atleast while waiting for Cryptic to respond.

If you are getting that message, the key SHOULD be activated on your account. Just go to your Account-Status page and see. It should read "Star Trek Online - Digital Deluxe" or something to that effect.

If the key is active, it probably is already on your account, but the account servers are getting hammered, so keep seeing if your account updates.

In regards to the uniform, the "Original Star Trek Uniform Set: Three uniforms from the original series (blue, red, yellow)." Has not unlocked on my account, the other pre-order items have.

Except I got that error the first time I plugged the code in. I'm hoping that it's just a symptom of the account server problems, so I'm gonna hold off judgement for at least a few more hours.

Relogging out then back in seemed to of unlocked the TOS uniforms, just incase any one else starts to panic like I did lol

It took me a few tries to get the page to accept my key as well......BUT
the system has lagged.. and "The Subscription service is temporarily down, please try again at a later time."

I made it as far as the lifetime/monthly subscript page...there is lag during the processing.

I plan to try every 10 min give or take 15 min.

I'll wait a couple hours and try again this afternoon. My account status still says "pre-order" though.
