Seriously is it that hard to get some sort of official response as to why people are getting the Key is already in use message.

You can not send in a ticket, and well if there is some sort of phone number they have hidden it very well.

This entire process.. beta, head start and now launch has been a complete joke..

I have the same issue. Says I already used it, but nothing on my account page. This was about an hour ago. Please let me know if you need any info.

Same problem here,
Entered the steam key.. it got accepted.
Then i filled in the subscription part and it gave an error.
I tried a few times but then got scared i would get billed multiple times.
After that my key is allready in use but my account is not updated.
So anyone?

Same exact thing here. Luckily I was only entering my Pre-Order key so i dont think i chumped my retail key.

To answer these en masse: The "key is not in our records" issue from Best Buy should be fixed. If you get "key is already in use", there is a very good chance you already activated it and have been slamming the servers too much (which is why they are so slow right now).

Y'know, I love you all. Been playing your games for awhile.

The account/subscription/C-Store service problems are pretty un-chill, but I guess you guys will get around it. But God help you if you don't. Your Funk-O-Meter will drop by, like, seventy.

And that's a serious lack of funk.

So after trying my key several times and getting the 'service is down' or 'error processing' messages - Im now being told my key has been used. My account does not show any updates in subscription - nor have I been able to input subscription payment info.

I cannot PM my key for analysis because mail is apparently down.

What now Coderanger?

Maybe so,
but what about the subscription page?
It clearly didnt finish my subscription due to error.

Anyway im off now ill try again tomorrow and hopefully all goes well.

Ok, it did show up when I relogged into the website. Its showing as a Game Card for my free month - so I guess I just need to update sub info at a later time.
