You need to relax, the EULA states that you must be 18 years or older to accept the EULA and prove that you are of the age of minority. Putting credit card details in (must be your own, or a parents if you are too young, then they take responsibility) ensures that they aren't liable to any prosecution for providing content that may not be suitable to minors, among many other things of course.

I was simply concerned with whether I would be billed right away or not, and what happens to the 30 free days. I see in no way how that falsely implies I'm a minor and need things spelled out for me. For the record, I am of legal age and this is my own Paypal account and money in question.
