The borg BO has the traits that are anounced. On ground she uses the neutron blast and I hit commander today and specced into the efficiency skills and it seems that my char with the efficiency trait and the trait from the borg BO stacks, because I receive a bonus of +10 to all efficiency skills (after spending of skill points in it).

So I am very pleased...

Edit: And yes after registation of the borg BO it shows only "in game items" on the account information.

I have the Borg Boff and it has no traits listed. Please fix. As far as Commander Level Borg Boff the Aceton Field 3 skills does not show in space and cannot be used. Lastly my Saurian Science Officer Green Boff Reward advertised Efficent as a trait but once redeemed the trait disappeared.

Did you yourself have efficiency, or any of your other bridge officers, or only your Borg?

And I've actually seen the neural blast, well, seen the debuff, never actually seen her USE it.

It can't be hard to just say "Hey, looking into it."

it's blatant false advertising and I'll be doing whatever I can to make them account for it.

Bump, no fix in the latest patch. Atleast make an official comment Cryptic. Please.

All quest reward BOs had the exact same problem in the Open Beta.

They only listed Skills at Ranks instead of Traits... most of us dropped those BOs in favor of the "normal" NPC sold ones to fix it

I have no doubt they will fix them eventually... i just wonder if they will refund skill points spent on them when they replace the faulty BOs?

For the Emo ppl, stop pointing at Cryptic and shouting "lack of communication" or "deceiving buyers", it's a well known bug and it should be finger pointed as such.

I have seen my borg boff use "Superior Neural Blast" on an enemy, and if she has this trait it is very likely she also has the other ones.

I don't know why they aren't shown in her status screen, but she has them.

I was aware that they were advertised as skills......not traits but yes I do not see these at all.
