I'be bought the deluxe digital download from cryptic site.

As yet, I have received no extras, my account still shows pre-order.

The forums mail service is down.

I cannot login.

I see no feedback from customer service.

This is looking a lot like "****'s" launch. Bad!

the game has been officialy open for HOURS... relax your items should be sorted out in a day or two. Relax and be glad if you can even get on the server

It will always show that you pre-ordered. But it should also list "Star Trek Online - Digital Deluxe". If not, this means you have not entered your code yet. You should have received an email with this code and instructions on how to enter it. If not, check the web site you ordered from, and see if it has some sort of information about what games you have ordered and how to download them. There should be a key there. Remember, Pre-Order key = access to Beta / Headstart. Retail Key = access to game now that it's launched.

Your account doesn't automatically upgrade. You have to enter your retail key, which you should get from Atari (Atari is not the same company as Cryptic). Either check your email for instructions, or go to www.atari.com, click support, click order status, and enter your details. Then click the little printer icon to the left of the retail line, and enter the key that shows up on the this site.
