***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher

I think you can buy them at K7 in the neutral zone, in echange for PVP token.

Exchange, drop, tokens or you can get a Mk III as a fleet action reward at Lieutenant-Commander.
