just a question i live in Australia, i was looking at the ship list and was wondering is the intrepid class ship in the game. I saw it in a couple of the vids its always been a favorite.

Yup. A Science vessl. Tier 3, I believe.


And I think it's silly it's a science vessel.. but eh.

The Intrepid class, as well as two very similar looking classes of ships (and you can mix and match parts between them) are in the game. It's a T4 (Captain rank, about 50 hours of play time or so? into the game) And fortunately, at that rank, you could probably keep flying one as an Admiral and really not loose -too- much compared to the T5 ships.

Especially if you use the saved skill points to improve it and related skills.

And yes, it is a Tier4 (Captain) level science ship.

thanks everyone its been helpful this is unrelated to the ship but i saw the game needs a Gforce 7950 can the graphics be scaled back at all to be used with a 7300
