3 aux2sif doffs, rsp doff, warp core cleanser doff, and a shield distribution doff.

It just feels bland, the aux2bat version allowed eptw, dem and beam overload. The loss was the aux2sif.

...what would be the recommendation to get a bit more kick out of it? Single aux2bat?

Having the staying power is nice, healing friendlies with aux2sif and hazard emitters have proven undoubtedly useful...

I guess it could be a case of sacrificing a bit of my own firepower to help keep my team alive.. but pugs tens to ignore the focus fire target anyway...

I could use some guidance here...

Also....is feedback pulse considered "cheese" or fair game?

A thought occurs....should I be in a different ship for pvp?

A raider without cloak...maybe I would be more valuable in something with an extra weapon, battlecloak and a better shield mod...

I think the hull points are average...

My opinion:

For something that doesn't have a battle cloak, it seems (at least to me) your ship is lacking in the resists department.

HoTs are good, but I think they're for healers.
RSP won't save you from a good alpha, but I think auxiliary to dampeners might (speed and dmg resist with doff).
If you use 2 different eptx enhanced with damage control doffs, you can get the most out of the warp core cleanser. This way, eptx will activate every 15 seconds whereas epte ont your build activates every 30 seconds.

The raider is good I think. Very powerful if used right.

Just my two cents.

I guess, but it's one of the worst heals for that purpose. Best used in conjunction with something else, on something that traditionally runs with high aux.

Try:
Single Aux to bat +3 DOFFs
DEM + DOFF
Aux to Damp +DOFF
Beam overload +DOFF

With everything running, +80deg/sec turn, 40%ish hull resists.

It's not a perfect build by any means, but the only other ship that comes close to it on the fed side is the fleet chimera.

Cross healing is always ok, even in an escort or raider. Especially if it keeps your healer alive long enough for their heals to get off CD.

But, no EPtS? Resists are crazy important in PvP. Even with the 2 RSP you're going to get a lot of bleed through because, although they keep your shields up, they don't offer any resists.

Nothing wrong with cross healing, but not with aux2sif in a raider!

HE/TSS are good enough, good alpha(ish) heals +resists and work without doffs/max aux. If you feel you need more hull, perhaps you don't have the borg 2 piece set or resilient shields?

My engi plesh brek

I feel like it only really works because of engi captain bringing MW and RSF

There are no engi-heavy escorts for fed except for Steamrunner (BOPs and T'varo can do it for their factions easily, fed has nothing). If you dont have the Steam ship, then Plesh Brek and Corvette are really the only two options for going heavy on engi BOFFs.

The Dhelan makes a crazy good A2B escort if you don't mind playing a romulan. You can even use TBR2 with little push but crazy shield bypassing damage. The breen raider can do the exact same setup.

Also, single A2B is still pretty good. There's only a few seconds gap between EPtX and it puts APO and DEM on global.

Here is something that will should work well. Others have done it on the Dhelan and it's killer. The only difference is I put PH1 for extra survive ability but a Tractor beam would work too.
