Uh, if this is so, you would know we, the KDF, have a General, not an Admiral. The Feds have the Admiral.

Uh, level 23 here and all done by PvP and you do not know what you are talking about. T1 was easier than OB but I do not know if that was because I already knew the capabilities of my BoP or the damn slow turn radius of the Mirandas. It was NOT that cakewalk you portray it to be though.

T2 was much harder but again not so compared to OB. PUG teams knew what to do and did not need much in the way of communication. Feds were smarter but that is entirely because by T2 there were experienced players on both sides.

T3 is rough compared to OB. In order to compete and not be completely stomped on, a pre-made team with Vent or some kind of voice chat seems to be essential. Thank you for BoK.

sure you are ... keep telling yourself that ... its got nothing to do with the fact that since last klingon overhaul in OB the picture turned 180 from fed dominated to klingon dominated ...

lets just try this ... give fed escorts cloak and see how that works ... but dont come crying when you actually start to loose games ... ive played klingon live up to the middle of T2 and its stupidly easy ... you dont even need to form a team ...

and dont come whining about cruisers in T2 ... even without them its 90% klingon wins ...
See I don't get where this comes from, okay I play at odd hours for gmt but it's a global server. I've only been stomped in t2 when it's pug vs premade, otherwise wins are nicely in my favour(like 2-1 or more in my favour even), I can only think it's because just a very few federation must be doing like me and running with a bunch of heals(stop shooting me klings you ****ers, I'd love an extend shield when that happens).

I see we are outdamaged often(except when I run feedback pulse luls), but well the klingons are all in escorts, of course we'll be outdamaged so why not play to our strength of superior durability?

Sometimes there other feds with heals, unless it's a kling premade we're probably going to win then.

Good to see a Fed player who actually knows how the game works.

Healing is the biggest problem, no player can stay alive vs focus fire, when heals are ok, then your team has a opportunity to win. When heals are ok then its about CC and dps. after that its about dps and how fast you can switch dps to next target and start shooting.

Lol.
"The forums are restless, boss."
"Nerf 'em some more."

If I were the devs I'd completely ignore balancing issues until things have a chance to settle a bit. They should schedule a complete PvP review in, say, a month's time.

There should be a way to actively hunt for cloaked ships. Definitely not to reveal them but at least determine what direction the closest one is in for long range detection. Something along the lines of the anomaly scan effect pointing out the direction - but taking up a BO skill slot and having a modestly long cool-down.

It's a tactic people employ to better their faction . Most have never played Klingon , but come and represent themselves as part of the faction . The reason is that they believe with enough lobbying something will change . They don't care about the game, more about their personally achievements . They never complain about cloaking AI , in any game , but the minute they come up against players that can cloak , it's not fair. Mainly , because they can't deal with it.

I will repeat myself... again.

Cryptic told people if you love PvP, join Klingons. We have the same weapons/skills. You have more hull and shields. We have cloak. We are both OP in a different way...

Nerf whatever you want, cloak, skills, cannons, beams, it won't matter. We will still win most the games. Klingon players are all experienced PvP players and will always outfit for PvP. The ones that aren't experienced learn quickly, because they ONLY PvP.

Form a premade, learn how to work together. It's the only way you'll win consistently.
