Check your spam box. My preorder code from Gamestop ended up there through Gmail, had to dig it out through the web mail. It never even got sent to my client. They sent it right on time. I also got my retail code right on time.
Otherwise, call Gamestop.
Also, the BBB is a joke. The larger the business the less complaints to them are cared about.
what the hell...another posting in "Feedback/General Gameplay" that really has nothing to do here...is it that hard to actually "read" where you are posting.
Maybe it would be easier for you guys if you pick either the right location to post this stuff or write a mail to someone who is in charge of such things. If such postings are scattered through the place it will be a bit hard to track problems.
